The St. James’s Place Community
- Our immediate community consists of Partners and employees, who hold the values of integrity, openness and fairness as a basis for how we deal with everyone
- Our Partners are entrepreneurs in their own right and, on average, have 17 years experience in the industry
- The Partnership is supported by over 650 permanent staff in 21 locations across the country and a further 400 dedicated support staff at our administration centres in Basildon, Craigforth, Dublin, Livingston and Salisbury
- In 1992, we established the St. James’s Place Foundation, a UK registered charity. To date we have raised over £13m, which is mainly used to support children’s charities in the UK, including hundreds of smaller charitable causes often not in the public eye. In addition to this, we have also forged strong partnerships with larger charities including the Teenage Cancer Trust, Hope & Homes for children and CIDA. Since 1999, the company has matched, pound for pound, all funds raised for the foundation by Partners and Staff
- Over 85% of our community supports the Foundation by making regular monthly donations from salary or earnings via Gift Aid
